Welcome to Steady Return. By booking, purchasing, attending, or participating in any Steady Return service, class, event, membership, or product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

- BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
1.1 All class bookings, private sessions, memberships, workshops, children’s classes, and products must be booked or purchased through the official Steady Return booking system or via approved EFT arrangement.
1.2 Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received or proof of payment has been accepted.
1.3 Steady Return reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where payment has not been completed.
1.4 All prices are subject to change with prior notice.

- MEMBERSHIPS & CLASS CREDITS
2.1 Monthly group memberships are valid for one calendar month only and do not carry over into the following month.
2.2 Memberships are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Steady Return.
2.3 Unused classes or missed bookings are forfeited at month-end.
2.4 Steady Return reserves the right to cap group classes according to studio capacity.

- PRIVATE SESSIONS
3.1 Private sessions may be rescheduled or credited with a minimum of 12 hours cancellation notice.
3.2 Private session packages are non-refundable.
3.3 Refunds or partial refunds may only be considered in exceptional medical or serious life circumstances at the sole discretion of Steady Return.
3.4 Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without extension.

- CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 A minimum of 12 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
4.2 Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice may result in forfeiture of that booking.
4.3 In the event of weather disruptions, power outages, instructor illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond control, Steady Return will offer a class credit or rescheduled booking. Refunds are not automatically issued.

- STUDIO ARRIVAL & LATE ENTRY
5.1 Clients enter and move about the premises entirely at their own risk.
5.2 Please allow sufficient time to arrive, park, and carefully make your way to the studio.
5.3 Due to the nature of guided classes, entry may be refused to clients arriving more than 10 minutes late.
5.4 Clients are responsible for using all stairs, pathways, parking areas, and changing spaces with care.

- HEALTH & MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY
6.1 By participating in any Steady Return class or service, clients confirm that they are medically fit to do so unless otherwise disclosed.
6.2 Clients are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries, surgeries, pregnancies, chronic pain, medical diagnoses, or physical limitations prior to class participation.
6.3 Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own risk.

- LIABILITY WAIVER & INDEMNITY
7.1 All clients entering, waiting on, changing on, or participating at Bonnie Uitsig, Lagoonview Drive, Bonza Bay, East London do so entirely at their own risk.
7.2 Steady Return, Janalu MacKenzie, the property owner, and all residents shall not be held liable for any slips, falls, injuries, accidents, theft, loss, damages, or claims arising before, during, or after attendance.
7.3 Clients voluntarily assume full responsibility for their physical safety and participation.

- CHILDREN’S BOOKINGS
8.1 All minors attending classes must be booked by a parent or legal guardian.
8.2 Parent/guardian consent to these Terms & Conditions is mandatory.
8.3 Children remain under instructor supervision only during scheduled class times.

- PERSONAL BELONGINGS
9.1 Clients are solely responsible for all personal belongings brought onto the premises.
9.2 Steady Return accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items or vehicles.

- PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT
10.1 By attending classes, clients consent to occasional photography or video content for Steady Return marketing and social media purposes.
10.2 Clients who do not wish to appear in media must notify the instructor in writing prior to class.

- STUDIO CONDUCT
11.1 Steady Return reserves the right to refuse participation to any client displaying unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour.
11.2 Clients are expected to respect the residential nature of the premises and all designated studio areas.

By creating a Steady Return profile, making a booking, or attending any class, service, or event, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
