I’m Janalu
a certified yoga and fitness instructor with experience teaching Hatha, Yin, Flow, Power Yoga, Pilates-inspired strength, and HIIT-cardio-based movement.
My classes are designed to be accessible for beginners while offering depth, alignment, and progression for more experienced members.
With a focus on breath, nervous system awareness, and intuitive movement, I help you soften, strengthen, and return home to yourself again and again in every phase and transition of your body and life.

What I offer
Group Yoga
Hatha • Vinyasa • Yin • 45–60 min. A mindful blend of movement, breathwork, and grounding practices designed for all levels. Classes focus on alignment, mobility, and developing a steady connection between body and breath.

Cardio & HIIT Bodyweight
45-minute high-intensity interval training sessions designed to build confidence, strength, endurance, and body awareness. Beginner-friendly options are always offered, with progressions for more advanced members.

Private sessions are available for women or for couples/two friends who would like to train together. Personalized guidance and programs tailored to your needs: flexibility, pain relief, breathwork, strength, mobility, or deeper embodiment.
